It is basically how long one can do any kind of physical activity and then measure the impact of this physical activity on oxygen consumption and heart rate. Cardiovascular endurance can be improved by jogging, swimming, walking, and cycling as it increases the heart rate and fills lungs with oxygen.

Muscular endurance:

It is a measurement of how long a person can do any specific muscular exercise like push ups, sit ups etc.

Muscular Strength:

It is typically measured by how many repetitions of a muscular exercise one is able to do. For example squats.

Muscle Power:

It is measured by how much force one is able to apply for a short period of time.

Flexibility:

It is the ability of the body to stretch as much possible as it can.

Speed:

It is measured as to how quickly one can finish a task or move from one point to another.
