flavored coffee drinks are liquid dessert instead of healthy beverages.

choose plain coffee.

Dried
Fruits

Fruits are a
great source of essential vitamins and potassium. But when fruit is dried, the
loss of water in them can lead to a higher concentration of these nutrients.

grapes contains 27 grams of carbs, while one cup of raisins contains 115 grams
of carbs. This quantity is three times more than in grapes.

If you have
diabetes, never give up the fruits. Just stick to the fruits which are low in
sugar like apple and fresh berries. These can keep your blood sugar level in
the targeted range.

Avoid foods that are higher in carbs and increase the blood sugar level. You can use insulin to keep your sugar level in the normal range. You may buy metformin online to decrease the sugar level.
